CANCELLATION POLICY
Face & Forme Aesthetics has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment it is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If you no show or cancel within 1 hour of your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
